Allow a 5mm margin for live matter from trim size on all sides for safe inclusion of all information. The safety margin may not exceed 220mm x 287mm.

Digital Requirements

File Formats

We prefer to receive all files as 300 dpi, CMYK JPEGs or Adobe Acrobat (PDFs). Please contact us if you have any questions with compatible file types.

Other acceptable formats, in order of preference:

• TIFF - Image must be flattened.
• PDF - Must be a press-optimized PDF, with all fonts and images embedded. Please confirm that all images are embedded, 300 dpi and CMYK.
• EPS - All text must be saved as outlines or paths. Please confirm that all images are embedded, 300 dpi and CMYK.
• PSD - Image must be flattened.

We accept Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop or Illustrator CS3 or earlier, QuarkXPress or Adobe InDesign files.

File Size and Resolution

All files must be saved at 300 dpi (dots per inch). Image size must be at least 100% of the size of the final (printed) output, including bleed. We will contact you with any problems.
